PORTAL AXLES

DESIGNED IN TEKNE

GRAELION 88 has a strong off-road spirit, which stems in particular from the in-house designed portal axles, a solution that allows a ground clearance of over 400 mm, increasing agility in off-road use. The reduction gears integrated into the axles allow power to be transmitted to the wheels with a lower torque, reducing stress on the mechanical components and ensuring greater durability and reliability, especially on rough terrain and in harsh operating conditions.

BRAKING SYSTEM

Disc, hydraulically operated on 4 wheels with split circuit

Manually operated parking brake on rear wheels

RETARDER

Additional electromagnetic retarder with independent control positioned on the dashboard which allows for slowing down braking, dissipating a large part of the braking energy and thus alleviating the load on conventional braking systems.
