Tekne: all aboard!

2017 was a year of investment and renewal for Tekne.

The stabilization in the newly acquired Ortona settlement (2016), and the integration of the former Thales personnel (2017), have given rise to a necessary reorganization process which, after the necessary technical time, is now being formalized.

Taking advantage of the presentation of the company's organizational chart, the Property has spurred the new teams to the challenges of 2018-19, and has done so on a bus, nice and at the same time powerful metaphor of the continuous movement to which the company is now, more than ever, called.
"We are all on the same bus" says the Executive Team, snatching a smile from the employees on board, but the message is clear and serious: sharing the growth objective can only happen through collaboration among company departments and among employees.
The organization chosen, structured yet flexible, has its focus on increasing efficiency while confirming flexibility and responsiveness, which has always been an integral part of our corporate reality.
