Last Friday we gave a very warm welcome to our offices to the numerous Abruzzo Region Civil Protection Associations who received the recently delivered Forest Firefighting pickups.
Only a few days ago, at an official event of the regional Civil Protection in front of the Region building in L'Aquila, the official presentation of the vehicles was held, in the presence of the President Marco Marsilio, the Regional Civil Protection Director Mauro Casinghini and many other authorities.

Over 70 volunteers from the associations received the vehicles, hosted in our headquarters in Tamarete for a long day of training on the brand new vehicles, with theoretical and practical phases.
Here are the main features of the setup:
- 400 liter steel tank
- HONDA motor pump, 15.5 kW (20.8 HP) power / 3600 rpm
- 4 MEMBRANE water pump of 108 liters per minute, max pressure of 50 bar
- 2 swivel reels:
- one for 100m 1/2" hose with quick couplings with free passage
- one Stortz D25 High Pressure hose holder supplied with American variable flow nozzle connected to Stortz
- 3 additional users on the control panel:
- 1 Uni 45
- 1 Stortz D25
- 1 3/8" quick coupling
- 2 additional compartments for storing equipment
- Electro-welded mesh behind the cabin for fixing accessories
- Electric winch with wireless remote control (linear pulling capacity 4536 kg)
- Rear tow hook with 13-pin socket
